Elevate Your Next Company Event

Company events are meant to inspire, celebrate and impress, so ensure the venue you choose conveys all three.

Keep in mind, the venue sets the scene. In fact, it’s the first thing that comes to mind when an invitation is received. Your choice of venue speaks volumes, so what do you want it to say?

To raise eyebrows, the event space must intrigue; it needs to stir interest. It’s easy to settle for the “most popular” venue or the most spacious, but chances are your guests have already been there. Instead, treat them to something they’ve yet to experience.

Ditch the downtown scene for the breathtaking beauty of Grandview atop Lookout Mountain. Just 15 minutes from downtown Chattanooga, Grandview is both convenient and secluded, tucked between a grove of trees and the mountain’s edge.

Grandview’s English Tudor house reimagines company gatherings, offering a refreshing break from the monotony of office meetings and an inspiring alternative to contemporary venues.

Modern event spaces too often prioritize function over form, disregarding the human element entirely. Hotel convention centers can satisfy event needs, but they do so at beauty’s expense. Nothing’s duller than “Conference Room B” -- a makeshift room constructed from beige partitioned walls. Like an office building, these venues are designed for production ease and not much more.

People crave authenticity and want to spend time in places where life truly happens. Take for instance wedding venues. It seems everyone’s tying the knot in a barn these days. But even here, it’s easy to tell an authentic venue apart from a lackluster imitation.

Grandview, on the other hand, blends function and form. Rather than the traditional conference setting, Grandview embraces the spacious floor plan of an elegant home, with each room showcasing the exquisite craftsmanship of distinct 1930s architecture.

Sometimes, a change of scenery is all it takes to inspire, persuade or spark creativity. What’s more aspiring than a mountaintop vista?

Grandview is one of the only commercial event spaces on Lookout Mountain with a view. The Oak Room, the largest indoor space, comfortably accommodates 100 to 150 guests and can be arranged for presentations or buffet-style events. Its linear layout provides flexibility, along with direct access to the outdoor terrace.

For a more intimate setting, the Mountain Stone Room is ideal for groups of 15 to 30. Upstairs, the Eastview and Westview breakout rooms offer cozy spaces perfect for smaller sessions and focused discussions. On the outdoor terrace, a backdrop of sparkling city lights makes an evening event truly unforgettable. This spacious setting seats up to 104 guests.

Full-service catering and flexible arrangements provide an elevated experience for all occasions. Whether your aim is to inspire colleagues, celebrate a milestone or impress corporate partners, the stage is set to exceed expectations.
